Tamper Resistant Kinmar® Security Reusable Nuts

Tamper resistant Kinmar® security reusable nuts are available from stock ranging from M5 to M12 in steel zinc plate, galvanised steel and A2 stainless steel.  The Kinmar® security reusable nut has a unique patented head design that makes this product a premium security fixing for application requiring the highest security (imperial threads are also available on request).

Due to the security drive design of the vandal resistant tamper security Kinmar® nuts it is suitable for higher torque applications and is a ‘2 way’ reusable fixings and offers a premium security resistance against vandals and thieves, making it the ideal security fastener for applications where the highest level of security is essential and maintenance is required, used in security fencing, street furniture, public transport, playgrounds etc.
The security Kinmar® nut's drive is a patented design having unique indentations in the rounded shape of the nut providing both security and high torque. In addition the Kinmar® security reusable nut is manufactured in A2 stainless steel, case hardened steel zinc plate or galvanised.  The case hardened steel further enhances the security of the nut as it helps prevent hack sawing or chiselling the nut off.  This case hardening process also provides the security Kinmar® nut more torque.

Tamper resistant Kinmar® reusable security nuts are suitable for high torque applications and offer a high security resistance against vandals and thieves at a relatively low cost , proving an economic and secure equilibrium.

The special security Kinmar® reusable tool is designed to fit hand and power tools for fast efficient installation.  The unique tool is only suitable for reusable nuts and will not work with the permanent Kinmar® products.  The tools are restricted in supply making this a premium security fixing that is not available in the public domain.  Fastenright Ltd maintains its policy that under no circumstances will tools be sold separately to 'non-account' customers.
