Tamper resistant security Wave bolts are available to order only ranging from M3 to M24 (certain sizes available from stock) in stainless steel, steel (mild & HT) & Plastic and have a unique patented head design that makes this product a premium security fixing for application requiring the highest security (imperial threads are also available on request).

Due to the security drive design of the vandal resistant tamper security Wave bolts & screw it is suitable for higher torque applications and is available in a ‘2 way’ reusable fixings or '1 way' permanent fixing and offers a premium security resistance against vandals and thieves, making it the ideal security fastener for applications where the highest level of security is essential and provides the option of reusable or permanent if maintenance is required.
The security wave bolt's drive is a patented design and is manufactured by the patent holder in the UK, the drive itself is designed with varying angles and radiuses that resist against grips such as pliers. In addition the security Wave bolts & screws can be manufactured in A2 stainless steel, A4 stainless steel, Plastic, mild steel and high tensile steel, the steel manufactured bolts & screws can also be case hardened, which further enhances the security of the nut as it helps prevent hack sawing or chiselling the nut off. This process also provides the security Wave bolt with up to 30% more torque.

The special security wave tool can be stamped and registered with a customer specific reference number, which ensures that when used on site each individual tool can be tracked and the personnel using the tool can also be registered against the tool for further traceability. In addition the actual distribution of the tool is restricted, meaning only manufacturers and installers who have purchased the screws and have the registration number can purchase additional tools. Under no circumstances will tools be sold separately to 'non-account' customers.
