Security Armour Rings™
Security Armour Rings™ are manufactured and stocked in stainless steel or steel zinc plate with other sizes available to order.
Security Armour Rings™ are a unique security nut with a simple but effective design, having a conical collar, which is hammered over any British Standard or Din Standard hexagon bolt or nut, rendering the fixing tamperproof. The security Armour Rings™ has a useful feature of not being governed by a torque and is applied to existing hex nut or hex bolt heads by simply 'hammering on'. An additional feature of the security Armour Ring™ is that when installed it leaves a smooth finish making it the ideal permanent security fixing for maintenance free application that requires an aspect of health and safety, achieved by having no sharp edges.
The security Armour Rings™ can be installed using a standard hammer but there are special tools available, which enables much faster and easier instillation.
